Amanda Ross holds a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA and an M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University, where she completed a thesis on the history of learning disabilities. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families across diverse settings—including classrooms, homes, and community spaces—she has worked extensively in applied behavior analysis (ABA), curriculum development, and inclusive environment creation. Her mission is to promote inclusion across all areas of life by designing and fostering environments where people of all abilities are respected, supported, and able to thrive.
De'Aushia Spiller-Smith
Behavior Specialist

De’Aushia Spiller-Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Medicine and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With over five years of experience in the field, she has supported children, families, and educational teams across clinic, home, and school settings.
Currently, De’Aushia is pursuing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and is eager to begin a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) program to further expand her expertise in behavioral health and clinical practice.
De’Aushia is passionate about evidence-based interventions and individualized care and is dedicated to promoting meaningful progress while empowering clients to reach their fullest potential.
Jade Liebl
Behavior Specialist

Jade Liebl earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2023 from the University of Oregon, following a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Special Education. She has worked in the field of behavioral health since 2018, supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder across a variety of settings. Her experience includes developing individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans, designing precise measurement systems, and using data to guide meaningful, evidence-based progress. Her passion for this field is deeply personal. Growing up with a sibling with autism shaped her understanding of neurodiversity and inspired her commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. This experience continues to guide her work and reinforces her dedication to compassionate, person-centered care. She is committed to promoting independence, functional skill development, and an improved quality of life for the individuals she serves.
Rachel Jeske
Behavior Specialist

Rachel Jeske is a Behavior Specialist with experience in Utah’s behavioral health field since
2021, supporting children, adolescents, and families with diverse needs—including autism
spectrum disorder, other intellectual and developmental disabilities, trauma histories, and
involvement with DCFS and the juvenile justice system. She holds a B.A. in Humanities from
Brigham Young University–Idaho. Rachel specializes in applied behavior analysis (ABA),
implementing individualized behavior plans, tracking progress, and promoting skill development across home and community settings. Bilingual in Spanish, she centers her work on empathy and building meaningful, supportive connections with the individuals and families she serves.
Melynda Delgado
Behavior Specialist

Melynda Delgado is a Behavior Specialist with over 7 years of experience in the behavioral health field, supporting children, adolescents, and families with diverse needs, including autism spectrum disorder and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her background includes extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based intervention, behavioral support coordination, and trauma-informed behavioral care, delivered across school-based, residential, and community settings.
Melynda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stanislaus State University and is actively pursuing her Master’s and Doctorate through a PsyD program at Pacific University in Oregon. She specializes in behavioral assessment, data-driven intervention planning, and crisis prevention/de-escalation, with an emphasis on individualized, evidence-based care that supports meaningful skill development and long-term progress.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Melynda is known for her strong work ethic, professionalism, and compassionate, culturally responsive approach. She brings years of hands-on clinical experience to her work and values collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams, remaining committed to delivering high-quality behavioral services grounded in ethical practice, consistency, and respect.
Nicholas Lea
Behavior Specialist

Nicholas Lea holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, earned in 2013. His professional journey began in educational settings, where he quickly found a calling in supporting students with special needs. This led him to pursue a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from the University of Colorado Denver, which he completed in 2019. In 2021, Nicholas became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and spent the next several years working with individuals on the autism spectrum who presented with high behavioral needs. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bushnell University in Eugene, Oregon. As a clinician, Nicholas is dedicated to offering relevant, effective, and compassionate care by developing individualized, behaviorally informed interventions that meet the unique needs of each client.
Yauncy White
Behavior Specialist

Yauncy White is a dedicated Behavior Specialist with five years of experience providing evidence-based behavioral services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Yauncy holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington State University. He is currently working toward board certification to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Yauncy’s experience includes implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting skill development across diverse populations. They are committed to ethical practice, collaboration, and delivering meaningful, data-driven outcomes for clients and families. Outside of his professional work, Yauncy enjoys skateboarding, which reflects his value for balance, perseverance, and personal growth.
Debbie Castoreno
Senior Behavior Specialist

Debbie is a dedicated bilingual behavioral health professional with a drive to combine compassion with evidence-based practices to create supportive environments where children, families, and staff can thrive. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Recently she completed her supervision hours toward Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and will be sitting for her BCBA exam before the end of the year. Once she has acquired her license, she plans on exploring doctoral programs in pursuit of her PhD.
Debbie has acquired over 12 years of experience in childcare administration, case management,
and direct ABA therapy. She has provided both center based and in-home therapy for
children on the autism spectrum and with varying intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her work includes conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing Positive Support/Behavior Intervention Plans (PBSPs/BIPs), and creating individualized treatment goals. She also enjoys collaborating with families and caregivers, offering training and support to promote skill generalization and long-term success at home and in the community. In addition to her clinical work, she has served as a Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA), overseeing residential treatment programs and ensuring compliance with DFPS, HHSC, and CARF standards.
Samantha Easton

Samantha Easton, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Behavior Specialist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She has worked with adolescent and adult psychiatric populations since the age of 19, gaining experience across a range of clinical settings, including group homes, inpatient psychiatric units, outpatient programs, case management, and individual therapy.
Samantha takes a comprehensive, person-centered approach to behavior planning, ensuring that all facets of her clients' lives are considered in the support she provides. She is deeply committed to psychoeducation and is passionate about equipping individuals with the skills and tools they need to thrive.
Erin McDermott

Erin McDermott is a dedicated professional with a strong background in both psychology and marketing. She earned her bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. With five years of experience in the behavioral health field, Erin has worked in both clinical and administrative roles, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the systems that support effective care.
At Miren Behavior, Erin plays a key role in optimizing internal operations, supporting staff and leadership, and coordinating communication efforts. She is deeply passionate about the behavioral health field and is committed to driving meaningful change by creating seamless, efficient systems that benefit both the team and the families they serve.
Molly Warren-Marcu
Executive Director

Miren Behavior was founded by Molly Warren-Marcu who is educated in both psychology and neuroscience (Binghamton University and University of Connecticut). She has been creating and implementing behavior supports for the past 7 years. Molly has accumulated experience across the entire human behavior psychology field inclusive but not limited to providing ABA therapy for many years, completing surplus amounts of neuropsychology research, overseeing teams of Behavioral Specialists and their respective caseloads.
