Miren behavior also serves the Aging People with Disabilities and Dementia population. We create and aid in implementation of Temporary Emergency Support Plans (TESPs), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs).

Executive Director
Molly Warren
Miren Behavior was founded by Molly Warren-Marcu who is educated in both psychology and neuroscience (Binghamton University and University of Connecticut). She has been creating and implementing behavior supports for the past 8 years. Molly has accumulated experience across the entire human behavior psychology field inclusive but not limited to providing ABA therapy for many years, completing surplus amounts of neuropsychology research, and overseeing teams of Behavioral Specialists and their respective caseloads. Molly prides herself on advocacy, integrity, teamwork, diligence, quality, and communication.

Operations Manager
Erin McDermott
Erin McDermott is a dedicated professional with a strong background in both psychology and marketing. She earned her bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University, located in Allendale, Michigan. With four years of experience in the behavioral health field, Erin has worked in both clinical and administrative roles, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the systems that support effective care.
At Miren Behavior, Erin plays a key role in optimizing internal operations, supporting staff and leadership, and coordinating communication efforts. She is deeply passionate about the behavioral health field and is committed to driving meaningful change by creating seamless, efficient systems that benefit both the team and the families they serve.

Senior Behavior Specialist
Samantha Easton
Samantha Easton, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Behavior Specialist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She has worked with adolescent and adult psychiatric populations for over 10 years, gaining experience across a range of clinical settings, including group homes, inpatient psychiatric units, outpatient programs, case management, and individual therapy.
Samantha takes a comprehensive, person-centered approach to behavior planning, ensuring that all facets of her clients' lives are considered in the support she provides. She is deeply committed to psycho-education and is passionate about equipping individuals with the skills and tools they need to thrive.

Senior Behavior Specialist
Amanda Deering
Amanda Deering holds a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA and an M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University, where she completed a thesis on the history of learning disabilities. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families across diverse settings—including classrooms, homes, and community spaces—she has worked extensively in applied behavior analysis (ABA), curriculum development, and inclusive environment creation. Her mission is to promote inclusion across all areas of life by designing and fostering environments where people of all abilities are respected, supported, and able to thrive.

Senior Behavior Specialist
Debbie Castoreno
Debbie is a dedicated bilingual behavioral health professional with a drive to combine compassion with evidence-based practices to create supportive environments where children, families, and staff can thrive. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Recently she completed her supervision hours toward Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and will be sitting for her BCBA exam before the end of the year. Once she has acquired her license, she plans on exploring doctoral programs in pursuit of her PhD.
Debbie has acquired over 12 years of experience in childcare administration, case management,
and direct ABA therapy. She has provided both center based and in-home therapy for
children on the autism spectrum and with varying intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her work includes conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing Positive Support/Behavior Intervention Plans (PBSPs/BIPs), and creating individualized treatment goals. She also enjoys collaborating with families and caregivers, offering training and support to promote skill generalization and long-term success at home and in the community. In addition to her clinical work, she has served as a Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA), overseeing residential treatment programs and ensuring compliance with DFPS, HHSC, and CARF standards.

Pablo Alvarado
With over five years of experience in the field of neurodivergence, Pablo combines a robust background in Clinical Psychology with a Master’s degree in Emotional Intelligence. As a fully bilingual specialist (English/Spanish), he provides culturally sensitive guidance and builds strong, trusting relationships with diverse families, ensuring that language is never a barrier to high-quality care.
Pablo’s international career spans Ecuador, Mexico, and the United States, working in
diverse clinical settings and within the ABA framework. Specializing in Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD), he goes beyond traditional intervention by integrating the unique family
context, environments, and the specific life stage of every individual he serves.
As an expert in developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP), Pablo prioritizes
dignity and independence above all. To him, behavioral health is about more than just
data. It’s about building bridges to a better quality of life. Guided by his professional
motto, "I work with and for people, not diagnoses", Pablo collaborates with
multidisciplinary medical teams and empowers families to foster a world where neurodivergent individuals can truly thrive on their own terms.

Rachel Jeske
Rachel Jeske is a Behavior Specialist with experience in Utah’s behavioral health field since 2021, supporting children, adolescents, and families with diverse needs—including autism spectrum disorder, other intellectual and developmental disabilities, trauma histories, and involvement with DCFS and the juvenile justice system.
She holds a B.A. in Humanities from Brigham Young University–Idaho. Rachel specializes in applied behavior analysis (ABA), implementing individualized behavior plans, tracking progress, and promoting skill development across home and community settings. Bilingual in Spanish, she centers her work on empathy and building meaningful, supportive connections with the individuals and families she serves.

Nicholas Lea
Nicholas Lea holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, earned in 2013. His professional journey began in educational settings, where he quickly found a calling in supporting students with special needs. This led him to pursue a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from the University of Colorado Denver, which he completed in 2019. In 2021, Nicholas became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and spent the next several years working with individuals on the autism spectrum who presented with high behavioral needs. Currently, he is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bushnell University in Eugene, Oregon. As a clinician, Nicholas is dedicated to offering relevant, effective, and compassionate care by developing individualized, behaviorally informed interventions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Yauncy White
Yauncy White is a dedicated Behavior Specialist with five years of experience providing evidence-based behavioral services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Yauncy holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington State University. He is currently working toward board certification to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Yauncy’s experience includes implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting skill development across diverse populations. They are committed to ethical practice, collaboration, and delivering meaningful, data-driven outcomes for clients and families. Outside of his professional work, Yauncy enjoys skateboarding, which reflects his value for balance, perseverance, and personal growth.

Alexis Walker
Alexis is a behavior specialist, educational leader, special education teacher, and life-long problem solver with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex behavioral presentations. She demonstrates expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized positive behavior support plans (PBSPs) grounded in evidence-based, data-driven practices. With experience in implementing positive behavior supports, skill acquisition programming, and crisis intervention strategies across structured and residential settings, she has a strong focus on improving adaptive functioning, communication, and self-regulation.
Alexis holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and a Master of Education in Special Education with a concentration in Intensive Behavioral Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Interrelated Special Education (K–12).

Jade Liebl
Jade Liebl earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2023 from the University of Oregon, following a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Special Education. She has worked in the field of behavioral health since 2018, supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder across a variety of settings. Her experience includes developing individualized behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans, designing precise measurement systems, and using data to guide meaningful, evidence-based progress. Her passion for this field is deeply personal. Growing up with a sibling with autism shaped her understanding of neurodiversity and inspired her commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families. This experience continues to guide her work and reinforces her dedication to compassionate, person-centered care. She is committed to promoting independence, functional skill development, and an improved quality of life for the individuals she serves.

Lauren Reddy
Lauren Reddy is a Behavior Specialist with over 8 years of experience in the field of Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her passion for supporting members of the intellectual and developmental disability community spans over 15 years, beginning with volunteering in her high school’s mentorship program. She received her B.A. in Linguistics from UCLA in 2015, while also volunteering for a special needs camp through the university. Lauren acquired her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018, and her BCBA certificate in 2020. Lauren tailors her work to the unique needs of each individual and family. She remains mindful of a person’s cultural background and social support systems when she develops individualized Behavior Intervention Plans and Positive Behavior Support Plans, to make sure that they are meaningful, relevant, and effective.

Jannea Mantz
Jannea is a Behavior Specialist with a background in neuroscience, psychology, and behavioral health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology and is currently completing her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Her professional experience includes working with children, adolescents, and families in behavioral health settings, with a particular focus on supporting neurodiverse individuals and those experiencing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Jannea has extensive experience implementing behavior intervention strategies, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and developing individualized treatment plans designed to promote meaningful and lasting progress.
Before entering the behavioral health field, she spent more than 25 years in customer-focused roles, where she developed strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Her experiences have strengthened her understanding of the connection between physical and mental health.
She is passionate about helping individuals and families build skills that improve daily functioning, strengthen relationships, and increase independence. Jannea’s approach emphasizes collaboration, compassion, and evidence-based practices while recognizing the unique strengths and needs of every client. She is committed to creating supportive environments where clients can achieve meaningful growth and success.

Fawn Morosky
Fawn Morosky is an educator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than a decade of experience supporting children, families, and school communities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from SUNY New Paltz and received her Master of Education in Integrated Learning from Antioch University in 2012.
Fawn began her career as a third-grade teacher and has since served in a variety of educational leadership and support roles. Her experience includes working as a Behavioral Specialist, supporting Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), and implementing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) to promote student success and inclusive learning environments.
In 2022, Fawn completed advanced coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and became a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA). She specializes in collaborating with families, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and helping parents and educators navigate the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process.
In addition to her direct work with students and families, Fawn has contributed to curriculum development projects for both school districts and the Oregon Historical Society. She is also an accomplished writer whose work has appeared in local newspapers, reflecting her passion for education, community engagement, and storytelling.
Fawn is dedicated to building meaningful partnerships with families, empowering educators, and creating supportive learning environments where all children can thrive.
